These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the HOA Warrior service ("Service") provided by Aether Practice Solutions, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

HOA Warrior is an AI-powered tool that analyzes HOA violation notices and generates dispute letter templates. The Service is informational only. We are not a law firm, and our Service does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.

2. No Attorney-Client Relationship

No attorney-client, professional-client, or advisory relationship is created by your use of the Service. The letters and analysis generated by our Service are templates for informational purposes only. You should always consult a qualified attorney before taking any action based on materials provided by our Service.

3. No Guarantee of Accuracy

Our Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze documents and generate letters. AI analysis may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any analysis or letter generated by the Service. You are solely responsible for verifying all information and findings independently.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or costs arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any analysis or letter generated by the Service, including but not limited to any actions taken based on our analysis. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.

6. Acceptable Use

The Service is intended for personal use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit the letters or analysis generated by the Service. You agree not to upload malicious files, misuse the Service, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

7. Payment and Refunds

The Service costs $19.00 USD per dispute letter, charged as a one-time payment via Stripe. If our system fails to generate your letter due to a technical error, you will receive a full refund. We do not offer refunds based on the content, quality, or outcome of the generated letter.

8. Data Handling

Documents you upload are processed by our AI system and stored temporarily. All uploaded documents are automatically deleted within 30 days of upload. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
