  • Uploaded documents: HOA violation notices you upload or paste into the Service (PDF, images, or text)
  • Email address: Used to deliver your results
  • State selection: Used to generate state-specific analysis
  • Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your credit card details

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Generate your dispute letter using AI analysis
  • Deliver your results via email
  • Process your payment
  • Provide customer support if you contact us

3. Data Retention

All uploaded documents and generated letters are automatically deleted within 30 days of creation. Email addresses are retained only for transactional purposes and customer support.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate:

  • Stripe — Payment processing
  • Anthropic (Claude AI) — Document analysis and letter generation
  • Resend — Transactional email delivery
  • Vercel — Hosting and temporary file storage

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing their handling of data.

5. Data Sharing

We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared with the third-party services listed above solely to operate the Service.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request deletion of your data at any time
